3. Booking and Payment
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods listed on our site.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Retention of Right to Change Offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
